Several years ago, on impulse, I bought a Jane Austen "action figure" and posted about it on facebook. However it was not all that interesting, so I gave it away to an enthusiastic respondent.
I'm wondering whether your figure is an actual Barbie doll, or are you using the term generically?
Yes, it's a real Barbie doll from the Barbie collectors series. I have a Leonardo action figure from the series you mentioned -- also Shakespeare and Jane Austen and Einstein, I think.
